• Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. You choose your bundle; coffee beans, or coffee beans + merch
• We ship Monday to Friday PST, that’s California USA time, for our happy customers who are ordering from other parts of the world. And yes, we ship internationally.
• Minimum order amount for international shipping is $200.

• Your order can be cancelled online within 1-business day of placement, during business hours 8am to 5pm PST. We are unable to cancel after the order has been shipped to you and you have received a shipping notification.
• Please ensure to check your shipping address before hitting next. Maybe even get the entire family involved to double check the address. We would hate to see your order delivered to the wrong address.

Coffee Beans Return

We’re so confident that you’ll love our premium quality coffee beans that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

• If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return the original Orangutan beans, in its original packaging, within 15 days for a full refund.
• To begin the return the process, email us at orders@orangutancoffee.org with subject line “Coffee Beans Return Request”.
• We will process your return request within 12-hours of receiving your email, and include a pre-paid return shipping label. Your refund will then be processed back to your account within 5-business days after we receive the returned beans.

Merchandise Returns

We take pride in creating our merchandise, and we want to ensure whatever you buy, you are happy with. Sometimes, things just don’t work out.

• We will be happy to refund within 15-days after receiving the item.
